We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Admin to support our distribution warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining inventory records, and providing administrative support to the warehouse and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter inventory transactions, shipping details, and receiving data into our ERP system - MS Dynamics.Generate and review reports related to inventory, shipments, and receiptsPartner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracyMonitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies, escalating issues as neededPrepare shipping documentation, labels, and manifests as requiredSchedule and arrange trucks for outbound shipments with internal or customer portalsSupport the coordination of inbound and outbound shipmentsMaintain physical and digital filing systems for records, logs, and reportsAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory activitiesAdhere to all safety and compliance protocols in a warehouse settingQualifications1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or data entry role preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory/WMS systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environmentBenefitsBe part of a respected industry leader with a 40 year history of quality and innovation.Broaden your supply chain skillset with wide operational ownership.Work in a collaborative culture where your impact is visible and valued.Join an organization backed by strong industry partners and poised for growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
