Warehouse Agent It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Primm Valley Resort & Casino is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Agent to support the daily operations of the warehouse, receiving, and inventory functions. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the resort and casino while maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product integrity, and supporting efficient departmental operations. The Warehouse Agent plays a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and well-stocked warehouse environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Warehouse & Receiving OperationsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.Unload deliveries and safely organize inventory within designated warehouse storage areas.Label, stock, rotate, and store merchandise using proper inventory control procedures.Pick, pack, and distribute supplies, equipment, and materials to resort and casino departments in a timely manner.Process outgoing shipments, vendor returns, and transfers as needed.Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and received in accordance with company procedures.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory transactions within the inventory management system.Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock, discrepancies, damaged goods, or replenishment needs.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper organization and product rotation.Safety & ComplianceOperate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified), in a safe and responsible manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and departmental procedures.Properly store materials to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies promptly.Teamwork & Customer ServiceCollaborate effectively with Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Facilities, Housekeeping, and other departments to support operational needs.Provide timely, professional, and courteous service to internal customers.Assist with special projects and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.Qualifications:RequiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Previous experience in warehouses, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a related field preferred.Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory software.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.PreferredExperience in a hotel, resort, casino, or hospitality environment.Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.Experience of using inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS).Physical RequirementsFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.Safely operated warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and conditions.Work EnvironmentFast-paced resort and casino environment with frequent interaction across multiple departments.Flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.Core CompetenciesOrganization & Time ManagementInventory Control & AccuracySafety AwarenessAttention to DetailReliability & AccountabilityTeamwork & CollaborationCustomer ServiceProblem SolvingAdaptability & FlexibilityIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
