Warehouse Associate – Industrial Turnarounds Travel Team Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Industrial Turnarounds projects across the United States. The role involves traveling to customer sites, including oil refineries, and supports outbound and inbound warehouse activities.Responsibilities Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.Maintain a clean workspace and assist the team in keeping the facility safe and accident‑free.Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE such as a safety harness (max. 400 lbs).Travel 70–80% of the time to various locations for 1 to 4 weeks at a time.Qualifications 3–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management within the industrial industry.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.Self‑starter with the ability to learn systems quickly.Commitment to continuous improvement of system efficiencies and business practices.Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.Comfortable with out‑of‑town travel and willingness to base near an airport if not local to Tulsa, OK.Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.Compensation & Benefits Annual pay starts at $25 per hour, with higher rates based on experience.Travel, lodging, and meals paid by Ferguson.Health, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) with company match.Additional benefits include mental health coverage, gender‑affirming and family building benefits, paid parental leave, associate discounts, community involvement opportunities, and more.Eligible for bonus or incentive plans.Employment Ferguson is an equal opportunity employer and a federal contracting employer that complies with all wage regulations.
