Compensation: This position is hourly. Pay starts at $21.75/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $22.95/hour. Rewards and Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one of employment. Access to up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday. 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year. 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required. Why Join Our Team? We're hiring Warehouse Associates across multiple shifts with full-time positions available! You'll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members. Join our team at 701 Grainger Way, Minooka, IL 60447

Shifts Part Time shift: Mon-Fri 1:00pm - 6:00pm 2:00pm - 8:00pm 3:00pm - 7:00pm 3:30pm - 7:30pm

You Will Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail. For example, unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing products Ensure products are shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by leadership

You Have Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations At least 18 years of age The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check **For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment and preferred qualifications Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments Great attention to detail, quality, and safety
