Hiring: Receiver (Stand-Up Reach & Sit-Down Forklift Operator)

Location: Gahanna 
Schedule: 1st shift 
Pay: $20.00

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts and will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and stocking inbound products while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and receive incoming shipments.
• Operate stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipment quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe receiving area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous receiving/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory system experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
