Description
Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following established quality and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate has experience working with warehouse management or ERP systems, material handling equipment, and inventory control in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials and production supplies.
Process inventory transactions using ERP or warehouse management systems.
Prepare, stage, and fulfill production and shipping requests.
Support domestic and international shipping activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
Complete required documentation and inventory records accurately.
ssist with warehouse organization and inventory optimization.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and daily operational goals.
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
bility to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
bility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse activities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated industries.
Forklift or PIT certification.
Experience with shipping carriers and freight documentation.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
ssociate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
