As an apprentice, you receive on‑the‑job training while pursuing an all‑expenses‑paid Associates of Applied Science Degree.In this apprenticeship, the Warehouse Logistics Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, materials and information within Arvato's warehouse and distribution operations. You will support a wide range of functions across the warehouse from coordinating shipments to optimizing warehouse layouts and overseeing quality control.Employment Type: Full‑timeResponsibilitiesTrack and manage inventory using computerized systems and scanning toolsOrganize storage areas for maximum space utilization and efficiencyCoordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationEnsure products are handled, packaged and shipped safely and on scheduleOperate automated and mechanical equipment such as conveyors, forklifts and material‑handling systemsFollow safety protocols and perform routine quality checksTroubleshoot issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies or equipment performanceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED – recent high‑school graduates welcomeEligible to work in the United StatesMeet placement requirements for Southwest Community and Technical CollegeVeterans are welcome (ICATT is G.I.
