Job Title: Material Transfer SpecialistJob Scope: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Transfer Specialist to support internal material and product transfers between multiple warehouse and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant movement of goods following established SOPs and transportation requirements. In addition to transportation duties, this position will also support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and general material handling.Location and Compensation: This role is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ and pays $22 per hour. This role is part-time Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 6 hours per day (30 hours per week).ResponsibilitiesPerform internal transportation of materials, products, and other items between warehouse and facility locations in accordance with SOPsEnsure accurate handoff and obtain proper delivery confirmation/signatures upon receiptLoad and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling to prevent damageSupport warehouse operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging shipmentsVerify items against documentation before transfer to ensure accuracyMaintain records of transfers and ensure timely system updates when requiredFollow all safety, transportation, and compliance guidelines during operationsAssist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery-related roles preferredTechnical Skills:Proven safe driving skills with strong attention to detail and a high level of safety awareness to prevent accidents.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as neededBilingual (Chinese/English) is a plusSoft Skills:Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibilityGood communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to follow SOPs and work independentlyBasic familiarity with warehouse processes is a plusEEO StatementGenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
