Job Description
Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient On-Site Coordinator to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This isn't a standard 9‑to‑5 role; expect extended hours, overtime, and a need to stay composed while solving problems on the floor.You will resolve associate grievances, manage attendance and payroll time clocks, coach field staff, and serve as the bridge between the client and Accurate leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, GMP knowledge a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
