This role is designed for a high-performing individual who demonstrates leadership potential.The ideal candidate will help oversee warehouse workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support shipping operations involving pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive and regulated inventory.This position offers structured training and advancement opportunities into warehouse and shipping management.Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Distribution Operations Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory controlEnsure pharmaceutical products are handled, stored, and shipped according to company SOPs and regulatory requirementsVerify order accuracy, lot numbers, expiration dates, and shipping documentationMaintain compliance with FDA, DEA, OSHA, cGMP, and company quality standardsSupport handling of temperature-controlled and sensitive pharmaceutical productsAssist with inventory cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigationsMaintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse conditionsLeadership & Team Support Help coordinate daily warehouse staffing and workflow prioritiesTrain and mentor warehouse associates on procedures, safety, and compliance standardsMonitor productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPsServe as a shift lead and escalation point for operational issuesShipping & Logistics Development Train on carrier coordination, freight scheduling, and shipping complianceLearn pharmaceutical shipping regulations and documentation requirementsAssist with KPI tracking, shipping metrics, and operational reportingSupport optimization of warehouse flow and shipping efficiencyDevelop leadership and operational management skills in preparation for promotionQualifications 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience requiredPharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated distribution experience preferredPrevious lead, supervisor, or team lead experience strongly preferredExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning systemsForklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certificationStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and complianceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentI.T. Literate.
