Services include supply chain management, logistics management, testing and inspection services, and packaging and kitting.Your ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryMonday - Friday 7am - 4:30pmKey Accountabilities:Oversee the inspection process, and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables.Lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility.Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a supervisor.Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, and other required duties).Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs on site.Provide on‑job training for any new work instructions when applicable.Be accountable for all personnel assigned to specific jobs.Provide input to Onsite Manager regarding completion of objectives and assigned tasks.Report any policy or procedure violations to Onsite Manager.Participate, support and comply with all health and safety initiatives and requirements.Interact with the Customer on a daily/weekly/monthly frequency ensuring complete Customer Satisfaction.Ensure proper and accurate documentation, paperwork is submitted on a daily basis.Ensure appropriate tool kits (Laptop/Printer/Tools), certification stickers, required PPE and materials are available for completion of jobs.Comply with all Customer and tk regulations and work rules.Maintain Customer Site badge access where required.Perform cycle time studies to help supervisor/manager in the quoting of each new job.This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor or around heavy machinery.Meets tkSCS Employee Attributes / Competencies.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
