Warehouse Team Lead
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring that product is handled safely and efficiently, and maintaining high productivity on the floor. This role requires an active, visible leader who will spend the majority of their shift walking the floor, monitoring employee performance, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Team Lead will also handle essential administrative duties.
