Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $16$18.50 per hour ($33,280$38,480 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
• Paid Time Off: 48 hours to start, increasing to 168 hours with tenure

Your Role as a Warehouse Technician

As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by preparing orders, managing deliveries, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Order Preparation: Process requests, pull materials, pack boxes, and place orders in the delivery area
• Deliveries: Drive company trucks or vans to and from vendor locations
• Quality Service: Follow organizational standards to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping supply areas clean and organized, complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Reporting: Accurately complete reports by entering required information
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts to achieve shared goals
