Position Title: Cosmetics Packaging / Warehouse Associate Job Type: Contract (approx. 2 weeks) | 40 hrs/week | On-site Location: Los Angeles/Chatsworth area, CA 91311 Pay Rate: $18.42/hr (W2) Client: DRMTLGY Interview Required: Yes

Position Summary

We are hiring Cosmetics Packaging / Warehouse Associates to support a fast-paced cosmetics operation. This role focuses on packaging, labeling, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining quality standards to ensure products are packed accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Package cosmetics and related merchandise according to order requirements
• Apply labels, stickers, and batch/lot codes as instructed
• Build and seal cartons, poly-bag items, and prepare packages for shipping
• Perform quality checks (correct item, shade/variant, count, packaging condition)
• Assemble promotional kits or bundles (kitting) when needed
• Keep workstation clean and organized; follow safety and housekeeping guidelines
• Meet hourly/daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
• Report damaged product, shortages, or packaging issues to the lead/supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications

• Warehouse or packaging experience preferred (cosmetics/beauty products a plus)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (Tier 3 work level)
• Strong attention to detail (matching SKUs, shades, counts, labels)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the duration of the assignment
• Comfortable working in a production environment with performance expectations

Work Environment

• Warehouse/production setting, on your feet most of the shift
• Repetitive packing/labeling tasks; may involve fast line work and seasonal volume

Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional)

• Kitting, pick/pack, label printing, RF scanner experience
• Familiarity with basic QA processes (counts, inspections)
