Willow Inventory Specialist (San Diego, CA) Epic Willow Inventory Specialist / Senior AnalystPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team to implement Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy systems, specifically with certifications and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners.Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert and builder for the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.Contribute to successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.Ensure seamless integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to streamline pharmacy operations.Provide expert support and troubleshooting for all Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and enhance patient care.Required Qualifications Willow Inpatient Certification.Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification.Proven track record of successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory.Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.Experience with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.Familiarity with Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration.Inventory analytics and reportingMedication Procurement ExperienceLeadership ExperienceSkills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to mentor Scripps analyst on the intricacies of Epic Inventory.Excellent documentation skills for work performed.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Department: Preferred Vendors.
