The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulfilling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. Typical Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 2:00pm (Weekends only when necessary)

Hours Per Week

: 30-35+ Average

Starting: $18.00

and up to $26+ per hour and more after training - no cap on your pay. Maximum pay can be acquired within 2-6 months post completion of training depending on job efficiency/completion. Your hard work directly impacts your paycheck!

What's Required:

• Excellent customer service required

• Clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do not clean high rise windows!
• Drive to between 5 to 10 businesses per day to complete window cleaning jobs within our territory.
• Everything is done from the ground or occasionally on a ladder for some residential tasks.
• The more efficient you get at this position, the more money you make.
• We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 30 to 110 degrees
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check will be performed and hiring process will move quickly. This is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, window cleaners, line cooks and retail/customer service workers. Pay based on experience. Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
