Store Manager

The Store Manager will oversee the day to day operations of a busy fashion boutique, ensuring smooth store performance, strong customer experience, and effective team management. This role requires someone who is hands on, organized, and confident leading a team in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain store organization, presentation, and inventory flow
• Support customers with styling and product selection
• Handle scheduling and team coordination

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or store management experience preferred
