Job Summary:
The Workday Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of the Workday platform. This role involves managing security, system support, data analytics, reporting, and integration of Workday applications with third-party systems. The administrator ensures seamless functionality and performance while identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Management: Manage security groups, roles, and business process mappings. Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure compliance.
System Support: Communicate and test Workday releases and enhancements. Collaborate with business functional areas to optimize workflows and configure Workday software to meet business needs.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and support reports, queries, and data analytics functionalities within Workday.
Integration Management: Oversee all integrations between Workday applications and third-party systems, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with best practices for Workday administration and security.
Provide ongoing system support and training to users.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Workday administration, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and integration methodologies.
Experience in managing business processes and workflows within Workday.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certification in Administration, Reporting, or Integrations.
Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, or other advanced integration tools.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
