The Payroll Systems Program Manager will report to the Associate Director of Payroll and will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing payroll technology landscape, with a primary focus on Workday System Implementation and Testing. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll operations, HRIS/Payroll systems, integrations, and downstream business impacts to help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position serves as a strategic and operational liaison between Payroll, HRIS, Operations, and Information Technology Services, ensuring payroll systems are stable, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, support payroll processing activities, manage system improvements, and coordinate regular maintenance activities including testing, patching, upgrades, and release management.

The base salary range for this role is $87,000 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
