This is an onsite position based in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.

Position Summary:
Assist the site management team in staffing and development of qualified personnel and other Human Resources (HR) functions while ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate policy. Primary point on processing and maintaining site payroll including processing bi-weekly payroll through corporate payroll, processing manual check requests, bonuses, etc. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4-6 years Human Resources generalist experience with three (3) years in recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt associates.
Current and thorough knowledge of employment law.
Proficiency with HRIS and Payroll software.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding and Training.
High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
Extremely well organized with excellent time management.
Excellent analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team oriented with strong internal motivation, agility, accountability and resilience.
Results oriented.

Excellent listening skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors: Human resources, business or related area
6+ years Human Resources generalist experience with three (3) years in recruiting and hiring exempt and non-exempt associates and at least one (1) year processing payroll.
Plus above and Senior / Professional in Human Resources (SPHR or PHR) certification is highly desirable.
