0.5 Innovative Pathway Teacher and 0.5 Innovative Career Pathway Coordinator

Webster Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for the position of 0.5 Innovative Pathway and 0.5 Innovative Career Pathway Coordinator at Bartlett High School. Candidates must hold a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education License.

Position Overview: This position is a .5 Innovative Pathway Teacher / .5 Innovative Career Pathway Coordinator. The Innovation Career Pathway Teacher/Coordinator will provide instruction and coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of an Innovation Career Pathway program that connects students with relevant academic, career, post-secondary success. Working collaboratively with school and district leaders, educators, employers, higher education institutions, workforce-development organizations, and community partners, the Coordinator will expand high-quality career pathways that provide students with authentic learning experiences, industry exposure, work-based learning, and opportunities to earn relevant credentials or college credit. This position requires a strong blend of administrative, educational, and managerial skills, with a primary focus on student development, certification coordination, and building community partnerships.
