Job DescriptionProduction Clerk - Frankfort, INThis is a full-time, salaried - non-exempt level positionWe are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within an industrial grain processing facility.Job Requirements* Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety and quality procedures* Exhibit regular and prompt attendance* Strong organizational and time management stills* Attention to detail* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Maintain confidential sensitive information* Handle phone calls and emails* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work load* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc)* Assist as back up for hourly employee payroll* Basic data entry and record keeping- including personnel records and other required documents (digital and physical)* Create Purchase Orders and track shipping/receiving documentation* Scheduling and calendar coordination* Participate in the plant continuous improvement program* Knowledge of Maximo, Coupa portal Ariba, Performance Excellence or equivalent, and IBM systems preferred* Assist maintenance team with various clerical tasksExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
