    What You'll Be Doing

    • Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets
    • Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow
    • Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
    • Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity
    • Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork

    What Are We Looking For

    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a production environment
    • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational best practices
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
    • Working knowledge of quarry operations, mobile equipment, and production processes
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to changing operational needs

    Conditions of Employment

    • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
    • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
