What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professional communication with customers and dispatch.
Monitor concrete quality and assist with the accurate placement and discharge of materials.
Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.
What Are We Looking For
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a variety of conditions.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.
Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
Capability to perform job-related physical activities and adapt to changing operational demands.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
