Position Summary: Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract. Duties: - Offices: Dust, Vacuum, Sweep and Mop Floors, Clean Tables, Clean Windows and Windowsills and Empty Trash
- Outside of Building: Remove Trash and Clean Windows
- Restrooms: Clean, Sanitize, Clean Mirrors, Remove Trash
- Restock all Required Supplies in Each Area
- Entrance and Exit Doors: Clean Windows, Clean Windowsills, Sanitize Door Handles, Vacuum Mats, Sweep Around Doors and Clean Thresholds
- Halls: Dust and Mop
- Conference Room: Dust, Vacuum, Sweep, Mop, Remove Trash and Clean Windows
- Breakrooms: Sweep, Mop, Dust, Wipe Tables, Clean Out Refrigerators, Clean Coffee Pots, Clean Microwaves, Clean Windows, Remove Trash
- Cleaning Solutions: Prepare All Cleaning Solutions to Manufacturers Guidelines
- Processes and Procedures: Use Manufacturers Guidelines in the Handling of all Cleaning Solutions to Prevent Damage to Floors and Fixtures
- Trash and Cardboard Removal: Remove Trash from Assembly Lines and Cardboard as Needed
Requirements: - Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
