Primary Purpose: Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract.

Duties:

1. Offices: Dust, Vacuum, Sweep and Mop Floors, Clean Tables and Empty Trash
2. Outside of Building: Remove Trash and Debris
3. Restrooms: Clean, Sanitize, Remove Trash and Restock
4. Breakrooms: Sweep, Mop, Clean Tables and Remove Trash
5. Entrance and Exit Doors: Clean Windows, Sanitize Door Handles, Vacuum Mats, Sweep Around Doors and Clean Thresholds
6. Conference Rooms: Dust, Vacuum, Sweep and Mop Floors, Clean Tables and Empty Trash
7. Floor Care: Operate Riding Floor Scrubber to Clean Floors
8. Restock all Supplies as Needed

Requirements:

1. Background Check
2. Drug Testing
3. Must be 18 years of age or older
4. Must be able to work in an extremely hot environment
5. Must have a valid driver's license
6. Must be able to lift 30 pounds
7. Must be able to stand for 8 hours
8. Must be able to climb stairs
9. Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting
10. Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
11. Must be detailed oriented
12. Must have reliable transportation arrangements
13. Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
14. Must be willing to wear all required PPE
15. Must adhere to all safety protocols
