B-K Tool & Design is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist / CNC Programmer for our 3rd shift team in Kalida, OH. This position involves CNC milling, CNC programming, machine setup, and operation of 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis and lathe machining centers producing precision-machined components for high end automation systems. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, CNC setup, G-code editing, CAM programming, Mastercam, Fusion 360, and multi-axis machining are encouraged to apply.

This is not a repetitive production operator role. We are looking for skilled machinists who can independently set up, program, and run complex parts with minimal supervision.

What We Offer:

• $26-$36/hr starting base pay
• 20% (up to) night shift premium (effective up to ~$43.20/hr+)
• Yearly bonus based on Company performance
• 4x10 schedule (Monday - Thursday nights) (Stable Schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Independently program, set up, and operate HAAS CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis)
• Work on custom automation and low-volume precision components
• Use CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar) to create and modify programs
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models
• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex machining operations
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams when needed
