Call Center Representative - Raleigh, NC

What You'll Get:

• $15.50/hr
• 9:30am-6:30pm (two 11am-8 pm shifts Mon-Thurs each week, as needed)

Job Duties:

• Communicate information to assist students, parents, and campus professionals regarding the program from general program overview to detailed student specific instructions.
• Assist end-users with on-line applications from the company website.
• Resolve problems with navigating the company website and assist with connectivity and other browser or online application related issues.
• Assist colleges and universities with processes and services.
• Attend training to keep abreast of changes to general procedures and information.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls each day (80+)
• Assist management as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent college coursework from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center
• Basic PC and keyboarding skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to meet and manage customer expectations in a professional and timely manner
