- Plan menus to meet NAEYC, CACFP, DSS, and ABC guidelines.
- Prepare and serve snacks and meals on a daily basis.
- Develop the food service procurement plan and maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment in accordance with an established plan.
- Ensure the food program operates within the budget.
- Complete and have available for review the CACFP reports and records for the food program.
- Assist in parent communication regarding the nutrition program.
- Maintain and enforce sanitation and safety conditions in the kitchen and storage areas.
