Job Summary

High School Diploma, Basic Education & GED Prep Teacher for West Contra Costa Adult Education. Assigns students work in the subjects of math, science, language arts, and social science through individualized or group instruction. Teaching hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00-9:00 pm. (3.5 hours paid per evening includes a 1/2 hour prep/admin time.) at Helms Middle School. There will be in person school orientation and departmental meetings prior to the start of class. Must be a resident of the Bay Area.

Provide a copy of California Credential. Provide transcripts showing evidence that a Bachelor s Degree or higher was awarded. Provide current T.B. test results Provide three (3) letters of reference dated within the past two years.
