General Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of our stores. You will manage resources, take care of stock, staff, and sales management, ensuring the highest level of customer service and overall store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, appraise, train, and supervise staff
• Manage budgets and maintain financial records
• Oversee stock and pricing control
• Maximize profitability and productivity
• Motivate staff to meet sales targets
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and materials
• Provide opportunities for staff advancements
• Handle customer complaints
