TITLE: Project Coordinator
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by providing organized, timely, and detail-oriented coordination across all phases of work. This role ensures project activities, resources, timelines, and communications are aligned and effectively managed. The Project Coordinator facilitates cross-department collaboration, maintains accurate project documentation, tracks progress against milestones, and proactively identifies and escalates potential issues. By supporting project managers and team members, the Project Coordinator helps deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with company standards and stakeholder expectations.

College degree preferred or experience in related fieldGood organizational skills and high level of accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to complete multiple tasks and demandsAble to identify and address production issues efficientlyMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe Illustrator & Premiere ProBasic understanding of production processes and industry standardsEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project and team supportCoordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Create, edit and produce high-quality video content that supports project communication, training, presentations and organizational messaging.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, and document minutes, action items, and decisions.Provide information and support for active Six Sigma projects as required by the Project Manager or Lean/Six Sigma Lead.Participate as an active team member of Six Sigma projects when required, contributing to the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) phases.Maintain and manage project databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.Conduct analysis and data reporting to track project performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain project documentation, using strong technical writing skills to create clear, concise reports, procedural manuals, and project charters.
