    What You'll Be Doing

    • Operate front-end loaders to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
    • Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
    • Maintain consistent material flow to support quarry production and customer needs.
    • Monitor work areas for safety hazards and follow all site safety procedures.
    • Keep work areas, haul roads, and stockpile locations clean and organized.

    • Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy mobile equipment.
    • Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform equipment inspections and identify issues.
    • Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

    Conditions of Employment

    • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
    • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
