What You'll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain material flow to support production and customer demand
- Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and site-specific operating rules
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop proficiency
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet operational needs
- Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operation
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
