Title - Sr. Manager, Global Real Estate (GRE) – Construction Projects

Location - Universal City, CA (On-site)
Pay Range - $56/hr – $59/hr (Contract)
Duration-6 Month Contract to hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate (GRE) to support the planning and execution of construction-related initiatives across a corporate real estate portfolio. This role is focused primarily on tenant improvement (TI) projects, including renovations, reconfigurations, and optimization of existing spaces rather than ground-up construction.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in construction project management, commercial real estate operations, contract administration, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

  • Manage tenant improvement (TI) and facilities-related construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants across the full project lifecycle
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality standards and business objectives
  • Review, redline, and support negotiation of construction agreements and vendor contracts
  • Administer commercial real estate and construction-related documentation ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cost models, forecasts, and financial tracking reports
  • Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure performance, accountability, and alignment with project goals
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, facility requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Provide ongoing reporting and updates on project status, risks, and financial performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or commercial real estate project management
  • Strong experience managing tenant improvement (TI), renovation, or workspace reconfiguration projects
  • Hands-on experience with construction contracts, vendor agreements, and commercial real estate documentation
  • Proven ability in contract review, redlining, and vendor negotiation
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and project schedules end-to-end

Preferred Experience

  • Background in corporate real estate environments or large-scale enterprise facilities teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
