JOB DESCRIPTION:
One to one nursing care determined by the medical needs of the student:
- Deliver nursing services within the IHCP and in compliance with district policies, professional standards of practice, and physician's orders
- Manage student specific medical technology and assume responsibility for student safety in the school environment.
- Maintain accurate health record documentation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisors or as determined by the IEP or health plan.
