As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking full-time, school-based Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses to provide in-person 1:1 services for school students. These positions are for the upcoming school year.
Position 1:
- 1:1 School-Based Registered Nurse (RN)
- $40-48 per hour
- Must have experience with feeding tubes
Position 2:
- 1:1 School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- $38-45 per hour
- Must have experience with feeding tubes
Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Must have NJ LPN or RN Licensure
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)
Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse Responsibilities May Include:
- Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs
- Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits
- Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday
- Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
