About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Your role will be to de-escalate conflicts, encourage positive behavior, and ensure a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis. ️ Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement. ️ Assist with daily activities, social engagement, and behavior coaching. ️ Maintain daily reports and service documentation. ️ Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.
Requirements:
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience OR Associate’s degree + 1 year experience in human services. Certified or willing to complete training in: Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR. Background check required.
