Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ work experience in social services (Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
Bonus: work experience with vulnerable populations and/or demonstrated knowledge of the justice or child welfare system in Arkansas
