Experience in management of total software development efforts of the program’s OEM, including subcontractors. This includes the program’s OEM development, implementation, and maintenance of software as documented in their Software D Development Plan.  This will include, but not limited to, platforms, support equipment, training systems, and mission planning systems.


Experience in reviewing system/subsystem design information proposed for development to include, but not limited to, Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Descriptions, Software Test Plans, Software Test Descriptions, Software Test Reports, Software Product Specifications, Interface Requirements Specification, and Software Version Descriptions.


Experience in providing technical guidance on software development practices, performance trades, risks, systems integrations issues, software assurance and cybersecurity


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Avionics, Electronics, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited school for that discipline at the time the degree was conferred and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD or other United States Government (USG) ISR/SOF Organizations.

Two (2) years of experience in the DOD  acquisition/development of OFP software.  Agile software development and/or DevSecOps experience is highly desirable.
