Job Description: Customer Engineer for Dynamics Supply Chain Management (Functional)
Type: 12+ month contract Location: United States Schedule: 100% remote
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics Supply Chain Management (SCM) Customer Engineer with expertise in design, development and optimization of Dynamics SCM functional skills including customers modernizing legacy AX / ECC‑like manufacturing setups, and increased focus on cost control, production visibility, and resiliency.
Required / Minimum Qualifications 10+ years experience in enterprise software engineering, IT consulting, architecture, or application development (or equivalent experience).

Experience supporting enterprise D365 SCM production environments, diagnosing and resolving complex application‑level issues affecting system stability, data integrity, and business processing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect functional intent to technical execution. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with functional consultants, developers, delivery partners, and business stakeholders, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
