1099 Commission-Based Recruiter

About the Opportunity

As a 1099 Commission-Based Recruiter with KC Elite Staffing, you will source and submit qualified candidates for open roles across our split partner network. This role is built for self-directed recruiting professionals who want to maximize their earning potential on a flexible, fully remote schedule — with no cap on what you can earn.

Compensation

50–60% of placed fees per role.    No cap on earnings.    Performance-based only. You earn when you place. The more you place, the more you make.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Use your network, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify qualified candidates for open roles across our split platform network.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, availability, and alignment with role requirements.
• Submissions: Submit candidates in a timely manner with a clear candidate brief — title, key skills, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
• Follow-Through: Stay engaged through the interview and offer process, keeping candidates informed and moving forward.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS for clean data and smooth collaboration.
• Professionalism: Represent KC Elite Staffing with integrity in all candidate and partner interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or independent)
• Ability to source candidates independently using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other free tools
• Strong communication skills — responsive, professional, and direct
• Self-motivated and comfortable working without supervision
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and basic recruiting tools
• High standards of integrity and commitment to quality submissions
• Experience in light industrial, administrative, or professional staffing is a plus — but not required
