Position Overview Cityscape Healthcare is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing mobile care network as independent contractors (1099). This role offers the opportunity to provide in-home and in-clinic care, perform health assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and deliver advanced wound care. Providers operate with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
