1099 or W-2 Full-Time Anesthesiologist - Phoenix, Arizona

National Partners in Healthcare is growing! We are seeking anesthesiologists for an ASC only opportunity in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We are a personable group of individuals that enjoys the ASC work environment. The practice allows for a great work-life balance. You will always be able to participate in your children's lives and be home every night. We have a very reasonable track to full partnership!

Position Details

• Partnership track

• ASC-only work

• Often done by 3pm - Infrequently working after 5pm

• No call

• No nights

• No weekends or holidays

• Extra work is available - work as much as you want

• Guaranteed 6 weeks off (often 8 weeks)

• Doc-only model: working autonomously

• W2 with partnership track or 1099 availability

• If you choose W-2, then we have insurance coverage for health, dental, vision, basic life, and 5% 401k company contribution

• Malpractice is covered and deducted as an overhead expense for all partners
