Role Description- 1099 partnership

This privately owned flooring business has successfully been in operation for more than 30 years!

If you are semi-retired but still have great contacts with builders/ general contractors and want to close one or two 1M+ deals a year; Not wanting to be on the clock but you have years of great relationships that are too valuable to stop!? We're interested to speak with you about a 1099 opportunity to flex your years of building relationships and working deals at your own pace!

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and close commercial flooring deals
• Proven account management experience, including relationship building and client retention
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans for client acquisition and growth
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment to achieve sales goals
• Experience in or knowledge of the flooring industry is a strong advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet client and organizational needs

Company is open to consider candidates with flooring sales experinece or those actively working in HVAC, cabinetry or lumber who have relationships with Builders/General Contractors selling projects that are 1M in size.
