What Youll Do:- Assess, plan, and evaluate patients with outpatient conditions such as orthopedics, balance, deconditioning, and pain management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Gather pertinent data and collaborate with physicians and care team members
- Recognize additional patient needs during evaluation and adjust interventions accordingly
- Monitor patient progress with regular reassessment, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and equipment use
- Document assessments and treatments thoroughly and accurately
What You Need:- Valid Texas (or Compact) Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Bachelors degree required; Doctorate preferred
- Outpatient pediatric experience highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
