As Branch Manager at United Rentals with our Fluid Solutions Division, you'll be the leader of a major business enterprise. What you'll do:
  • Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability
  • Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
  • Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status
  • Manage personnel matters
  • Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing
  • Other duties assigned as needed


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
  • An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
  • Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred
  • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Gerer les questions de votre equipe.
  • Superviser toutes les questions relatives a la securite, dont les audits, les formations de securite, la conformite avec les regles en vigueur, les reglements du transport et les tests de depistage de drogue ou d'alcool
  • Realiser les autres taches demandees en fonction des besoins.


Exigences du poste:
  • Un baccalaureat est un atout
  • Au moins cinq ans d'experience concluante en gestion d'entreprise avec responsabilite des resultats dans une succursale ou dans un autre centre de profit individuel
  • Une comprehension des principes de la comptabilite commerciale et de la preparation de budgets
  • Une experience solide en vente et en service a la clientele est requise, de preference en vente externe.
  • Des aptitudes efficaces en matiere de leadership, de motivation, d'organisation et de communication
  • D'excellentes competences en informatique et de l'experience avec Microsoft Office
  • Des connaissances et de l'experience dans le domaine de la location d'equipements sont un atout
  • Un permis de conduire valide assorti d'un dossier de conduite acceptable.
