114-26 Maintenance Worker Block 34: Fun and exciting new opportunity to join the Block 34 team! Provide event supervision along with janitorial and a variety of technical duties related to the scheduling, care, maintenance, repair and cleaning of Block 34 and Community Center building and grounds. This position reports directly to the Community Center Technical Supervisor. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. Will be assigned to the Community Center and Block 34 venue. This position is responsible for supervising, cleaning and maintaining Block 34 and Community Center buildings and grounds in a safe and orderly condition. 

Requirements: training or experience in janitorial and minor maintenance service, preferred, high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. 

Schedule: standard hours Monday- Friday 4pm-10pm but hours will be modified to include coverage for weekend events. 

Starting Rate: $15.08 per hour. A City of Stillwater application is required for consideration.
