Work Tasks Workers will perform all aspects of growing and harvesting Cherries, Pears and Apples. Pruning, thinning, harvesting and general orchard work. Most harvesting will be done by piece work. Employees are expected to perform work in a timely matter. If an employee is not able to perform work in a timely matter a verbal warning and additional training will be given. If performance is still not performed in a timely matter a written warning will be given with additional training. We will give a third written warning with training. After the third warning employee may be terminated. Note: Start and end times will vary depending on the commodity or seasonal weather conditions. Monday-Saturday they may start as early as 5:00 AM when the temperatures are too hot and their shift may end at 12:00 PM. When temperatures are too cold they may start as late as 10:00AM. | Tareas laborales Los trabajadores realizarán todos los aspectos del cultivo y cosecha de cerezas, peras y manzanas.
