Summary of Work
Community Transit is looking for onsite IT support resources to help supplement Technology Services staff during several projects scheduled for August and September 2026.

Work will primarily include deployment of Dell Wyse all-in-one thin clients, equipment staging and preparation, workspace moves, workstation installations, hardware configuration, peripheral setup, and general end-user support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. Resources may also be asked to assist with other related technical activities as project needs dictate.

The selected resource(s) will work under the direction of Community Transit Technology Services staff and will be expected to perform work onsite at Community Transit facilities throughout Snohomish County. The onsite work location will primarily be Community Transit Cascade Building located at 2312 W. Casino Road, Everett, WA 98204.

We anticipate utilizing one or more resources during this period to help support project timelines and workload demands.

Evaluation Criteria
The Task order responses will be evaluated based upon the criteria below (listed in order of importance):
  1. Individual Qualifications and Experience (please provide resumes for proposed resources and identify relevant experience with workstation deployments, staging equipment, workspace moves, hardware installations, and onsite technical support)
  2. Resource Availability (please identify when proposed resources would be available to begin work and their anticipated availability through the duration of the project)
  3. Price (provide hourly rate for proposed resource(s)

Communications with anyone else within Community Transit regarding this solicitation from that point until award may cause your proposal to be disqualified.
